The 34-year-old reality star showed off all her curves as she posed for the sexy pictures for her website on the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Sunday.
The mother-of-one may be one of the most photographed women in the world but Kim explained that she was always worried about a dry skin condition before taking off her clothes for a photographer.

'I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable,' she explained.
'So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things.
'I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff.'

Kim then told the cameras that Kylie had always been insecure about her lips and had decided ‘to plump them up a little bit with filler.’
'I get that. We all have insecurities I just want Kylie to stay strong and stay positive.'
Kim then also laughed at her sister's pout.
'You know Kylie’s lips are not permanent, they are not going to stay there forever, she does not want to, and if it makes her feel better about herself then why not. I just don’t want her to take it to far as she is a beautiful girl and I don’t think she needs it.'
