Sport: New Nigeria Super Eagle Coach to earn N18.5M per Month

New Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr is to be paid the sum of N18.6m ($47, 000) per month by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

Rohr earlier in the month signed a two-year contract with the NFF to be the Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles.

The former Burkina Faso coach was hired by the NFF after the unsuccessful attempt to appoint Frenchman, Paul Le Guen as the Technical adviser of Nigeria.

The NFF had plans to pay Le Guen the sum of N16.2m per month but the Frenchman rejected the chance to coach the Super Eagles.
